Ive seen it in a few mags, its a little housing in which your injectors go in, each injector has its own, and it goes into where the intake where the injector used to go into. Its got lines for nitrous and extra fuel, easy to make a wet direct port kit. it didn't seem too expensive, someone should try it ;) or I will later on, hehe

Those were in my bros sport compact car magazine. The website for them just says holley.com but i haven't tried it yet.
