My bird has 64k miles on it, and first i wanted to know if its safer to run a dry or wet shot, and at how many? like 75? whatever.. furthermore, how does this affect reliability, and what sorta things can you do to ensure reliability?
if u plan on stayimg under a 100hp shot than go with the dry kit. What do u mean by reliability ??? You push the button it juices to what ever HP shot u want from like 20 shot to whatever.
Well, how does the car run?
Does it smoke, run hot, poor fuel ecomony?
What about tune up? When was the last time you had/ did one?
As long as the engine is running in tip top shape then at lower levels (under 100).
I would suggest the nos kit 5175 dry with eitther 50 to 85 shot.
Those hp levels are intended to work completely fine with your stock fuel/ ignition system

Far as i can tell it runs perfect, other then the pullies dont allow the alternator to charge at normal idle (which caused a few dead batteries)..
So 5175 is a dry kit? By an average mechanic, how hard is it to install? I wanna try to get it in by last summer so i can go back to englishtown and get better then a 17.011 heh, also ill prolyl get a 1le DS soon soo,
Oh yeah, ditch that 2 piece driveshaft before nitrous goes on
Average mech, not too long, couple of hours.
I am useless with wiring so I had someone do it for me.
