At first I thought it was just a wet kit or something but when I looked closer at the pics I just plain didn't know what it was.
One of our members posted a really good pic on the set up.
Hot Rod feb 2002 issue has a section on the latest nitrous bolt on's and system upgrades.
OK here is the deal on them: (I'm copying right out of the mag)
NOSzles between the existing fuel rails and fuel injectors, connect the flexible vinyl feed lines to the distribution block, wire the solenoids, and you're in business- no drilling, no tapping. NOSzles systems are capable of producing 75 to 600 bolt on horsepower. They're available for four cylinder (pn 08004nos), six cylinder (pn 08006nos), and eight cylinder (pn 08008nos) applications, and come with complete installation instructions.
Basically it is a direct port system w/o the drilling and tapping.
You would still have nitrous lines going to and from the distribution blocks but it would be much cheaper due to less labor
