• Hypertech...

Got a in line fuel pump yesterday. Picked it up locally. Guy with an LT-1 bought it to use with his n2o system but never did install it.

He just juiced it and took off. :)

He sold me the pump and the install package as well. Anybody have one or heard anything? I really wanted to get the walbro but just couldnt pocket it right now :-(

Here is the link to hypertech's page. Just wanted to see if this would work for my car. And if anyone had used it before.

Anything will work, are you willing to make it work ?
It does require an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
I know some people have had problems finding one that will work.
By dumb luck I came across one but the company no longer makes what I have.

You might want to drop magnus a line about this. I still run a stock fuel pump and I am honestly not sure how much work is involved

I talked with one of the guys from the local performance shop and he says:

Gonna be like $100 for the regulator. gonna need it to make it work. he could order me one that would work just fine.

Should I go with the regulator and install the hypertech or try and sell it and just get a walbro? I only spent $100 on the hypetech so. Its new as I said before. Does the walbro need a regulator as well?

Walbro is $100+- right?
I know magnus loves it. No regulator required (stock is fine).
You might want to touch base with magnus for a bit more info on it. I haven't done it yet, still stock fuel pump
