This may sound stupid but why couldn't you pay $349 for an edelbrock univ. v8 kit 50-75-100hp kit and replace the injector plate with a nossle??
Then do whatever other minor mod's to make it fit in a camaro, a 50hp shot for a v8 isn't any different than that for a v6 is the real question I am asking. And if it is wouldn't it still be cheaper to just buy different jets?
1997 red 3.8 M5-Daily Driver
I/E, Magnaflow cat...

1990 Talon TSI AWD-Weekend Warrier
Forged internals, Front Mount, SS valves, crower springs, -still under construction. Best stock E.T. 14.3@92-->missing 4th doh!!
yes you can buy that kit and make it work, just get a braided line for the the fuel cause the one it will come with is rubber for the low pressure for carbs, then get a fogger or injector plate and the jets.
Mix and matching parts from the same company is fine, build the kit how you want it. But like 12second said I wouldn't want to be mixing different brands of systems and I haven't seen Edelbrock making too many accesories yet. Just like you can mix different weights of oil of the same brand but it would be a bad idea to mix with a different brand that uses other detergents.
