  • NOS???

I am thinking about going NOS. Is there anything that I need to do to my car. Will my automatic transmission hold up? How about my fuel pump, etc. Is there anything that i should think about installing on my car before I even consider NOS?

If you don't plan on spraying too big a shot, your stock pump should be fine. You should also move to a colder heat range spark plug, preferably TR6's. Also, you want to make sure your car is getting a good amount of fuel at WOT (you don't want to be running lean while spraying nitrous). You should also decide if you want a wet or dry kit, as both have their merits. A program such as Autotap can be helpful in letting you know how the car is running (O2 info, ignition timing advance, and much, much more). A MAFT or MAFT+ would be useful in tuning the MAF for the correct values you are looking for, both n/a & juiced.

    BTW, moving to NITROUS
