I have the NGK tr6's when we put them in for the first time they were gapped at .35 and the car started rough and died. SO we took them out and gapped them to .50 i believe u would need to ask stagen. it ran better. Then i noticed a coil wire cylinder number 5 was not on thight put it on and there it was better. SO should I be running at the .35 gap it came with or what gap should i be at

Normal rule of thumb as per all nitrous manufacturers is when running nitrous you should gap your plugs 10% tighter then stock. With that said, since we have a factory gap of .060, 10% tighter would be useless.
I recommend that you gap your plugs at a loose .045. I've been running with this configuration on the bottle for almost three years with no problems.
Since you have opened your plugs from a .035 to a .050 and now plan to go back to .045 I would inspect your plugs very carefully. Plugs are not designed to be opened and closed to many times.
