I am new to the nos directory, so please don't flame me for asking stupid questions at first. Since you don't have an unlimited supply of nitrous oxide in your tanks, how much is nos to refill a 10 lb. bottle? 15 lb. bottle? I may look into a nos setup after heads and cam as well as pistons/rods/crank. Thanks for the input.

Good god!!!!
Now we must flame you for life :D
Nah, a lot of these questions (or other common questions) have come up before and we ask people to do a search but I'll let you know what I pay.
There are 2 ways to fill bottles: cryo pump, and freezer
1) cryo pump, usually a bit more expensive, fill time is 10 min max!!!! They hook up your bottle and pump the nitrous straight in. I pay $3.75 per pound. you always get a full bottle!!!!
2) overnight in the frezer, cheaper, fill time is overnight, they freeze the bottle and then hopefully due to pressure changes the nitrous is 'sucked' into the nitrous bottle. I used to pay $3.50 per pound. There is no guarentee to get a full bottle. If the outside temp is cool to cold it is harder to get a ful bottle.

Also, how often do you have to refill your bottle? I'd like # of uses and for how long per bottle filling. I carry 3 10 pound bottles
I can go through 3 bottles in a week or even 1 day at the race track
I have been known to go through 1 10 pound bottle in a 3 hr drive.

I ran a 10lb bottle and went through one about every week and a half to 2 weeks. I paid around $24-34 to fill it up with Cryo pumps depending on where I was at and how much they charged.

Wow... I just got my FIRST nitrous fill and it only cost me $2.50/lb! The bottle was totally empty, so it cost me $25.00 ... I guess I either got hooked up (cause I bought so much at the place in the last week) or they just run cheap.
