What did u mean about this. I told u that my tranny took forever to shift when i was spraying the 100 shot. And u said something about building it up what did u mean man what kind of parts are we talking about. I am getting a 2800 stall converter soon

OK well I have done the followin the following
    Stage 1
    Flex lite tranny cooler
    b&m trick shift tranny fluid
b&m shift kit (not shift plus) stage 2 later modified by pat barret

    Stage 2
    Alto clutch packs
    Keflar bands
    Corvette servo

    Stage 3
    Pro yank 3200 n/a and 3600 nitrous

    Stage 4 (not done yet)
    Deeper tranny pan
    Manual valve body

Stage 2 was done because eventually w/ 400-500 passes on the bird and lots of nitrous runs (362 rwtq) the stock bands could no longer hold the power

Ok well on order i have tranny cooler , b&m trick shift , corvette servo and kevlar band, and on fri I will have a 2800 stall conveter with carbon fiber internals the hole unit weighs 8 lbs will that be good for now. I an getting the shift kit right after that but why not stage three or is that the stage where u have to shift like a standard.

First, where did ya get a converter that weighs 8 lbs?!?!?!
        My stock was 27
        My yank was 25 lbs
        Lucky person you are
I guess you meant stage 4 right?
        Yup, you were correct.
I'm still learning about that stuff.
Also there is a transbrake which is supposed to make an auto launch like a mnaul

Maybe 18 and not 8? Still pretty light.

James, can you explain to me what is involved to go with the manual valve body or maybe some links? Just wondering incase i can't my 4l60e to work i am sure it will work as a manualy shifting, not computer controlled deal.

Honestly I don't know enough about it also :D
                  I'm still learning.
I've read up a bit on it but I need to drive a car with that set up and need to see it.
If I get any more info/ pics/ drive it then I'll post it
