sounds about right. I know the nitrous is 51, not sure for the fuel. I would trust tech supports answers. I always thought the nitrous express is same for V6, LT1 or LS1.

hey slacker tech just called me back. me and the guy talked. he said that te lowest he would go is a 31. he insisted that 33 is the proper jet size for the 100 shot. the tech guy was explaining that the jet sizes are based on the cars operating fuel psi.

our cars operate around the 41-46 psi range, based on this psi a 33 is recommended according to nitrous express. i don't know how true this is. i'm kinda of scared now on what to do..

                Mike-

The 100 HP jetting for NX EFI kit is 52N/33F
I spoke with a tech just 2 days ago, I ordered those exact ones.

                Happy spraying! :D

I've had the same problem with the nos tech line.
They tell me one thing then another.
It can be such a pain in the *** sometimes.
Sometimes calling and requesting a manager specifically and mention all the jets you were told might get better results
Sorry, I don't know off hand

well i'm going to install the 33. i sounds right. i though jets sizes were based on the size of the motor, but i'm finding out that they are based on operating fuel psi. i'd rather have a backfire than a gernade. maf's are cheaper than engines ;)

                        Hey Slacker!

Sorry man. I really don't think that I will make a road trip that far down south... Anything special going on down there?! Post some times with your NX 100 shot when you get 'em!

                        Mike-

Your exactly right. The NX nitrous jetting is based on the engine's fuel PSI. NX jetting for HP is based on 40 PSI operation. A few weeks ago, I had my PSI at like 36 PSI, and was attempting the 100 shot, and my FPSS shut off the Nitrous.
(It was making a clicking sound).

The chart that came with my kit lists different jet sizes for the LT1/LS1 cars. There is a seperate chart for the 3.8:

                          35hp - 31/18
                          50hp - 35/20
                          75hp - 41/22

                          LT1:

                          50hp - 35/20
                          75hp - 41/24
                          100hp - 52/33
                          150hp - 62/38

                          LS1:

                          50hp - 35/18
                          75hp - 41/22
                          100hp - 52/31
                          150hp - 62/33

I started with the 33 fuel jet for a 100 shot and it was running fat so I backed it down to the 31 fuel jet and leand out my MAFT 5% on base and got my O2's around .91

I think you will be safer to run the 33 jet and be a little fat instead of going lean. If you can scan your car's O2's you may want to get a 31 jet also.
