You said the vacuum line comes in with the 2 fuel lines, which one is the vacuum, is it the closest one to the engine? Thanks

Actually this is my biggest mistake ever.
I screwed up from day one with my set up.
I used a non vaccum line.
Take a look under the hood for a diagram of the vaccum set up in your engine bay.
In the picture you will see where the stock fpr is on the drivers side.
Find that.
Then there is a little vaccum line that runs from that stock fpr on the drivers side to something on the passenger side.
That is where you need to put the t fitting inRace car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
