...so I went to a new speed shop the other day and it was a really nice place the guy said that the are not even allowed to fill your bottle if you don't have a permit, and we all know were not allowed to carry it so he sold me a permit ap for 5$ he said all I have to do is send it in and then the state will send me a permit card so I can be totally legal if it works I can get some for all you guys, its more then likely a gooood thing to have lol sorry this is fo NJ only [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]

I sent a letter to dept of health and senior services, they sent me (free of charge) an application for carrying nitorus.
Mine specifically says for racing.
