How much does an empty 10 pound Nitrous Express bottle weigh? How much does it weigh when its full?

NOS bottles are 14 lbs and 12 ounces empty and 24 lbs and 10 ounces full.

I know on Zex and TNT bottles they say what their empty and full weights are somewhere one the bottle. Mine had it imprinted on the opposite side of of the label right under the valve.
