I just clicked on the link in my sig 5 min ago and it worked, check t now.
All I did was remove the seats.
There are 2 holes in the metal piece under the seat.
I took a piece of wood and sized it up to fit in there.
I drilled 2 holes through the wood to line up with those holes in metal piece on the floor.
I then went to a local fabric shop and found a fabric I liked.
I bought a can of spray on glue.
I sprayed the glue on and stretched the fabric over the wood.
I then put something heavy on it and let it dry for one night.
The next day I just took 2 bolts and lock washers, pushed them through the fabric into the holes in the wood. The bolts then went into the metal bracket in the floor.
I tightened the bolts and viola :D
Ever since I installed it I have never tightened it and I have had no problems at all.
I mounted the brackets on the bottle and sized it up for a good mounting location on the wood.
I removed the bottle from the brackets.
I then took 4 screws and screwed the bottle brackets on.

It is really easy to do.
The only pain in the *** thing that you can run into is drilling holes in the wood to match up with the holes in the metal bracket in the floor of the car.

I've been thinking about making a second one and running both bottles in the bird.
    Ricers would crap themselves.

I might end up doing it for traction and car shows.
