Alright i sprayed nitrous on my car and it messed up really bad.....but ok heres my question to see if the MAF sensor is broken, if the condition of the motor doesnt change with it pluged in and unpluged does that mean that it is broken and could that cause my motor to have a miss fire?

You went lean, I believe it is in the engine.
You might have melted a cylider ring or more

Well, the MAF when unplugged should cause the engine to get very erratic like a misfire, and probably won't start without it, or run terribly if you can get it started. However you could have also caused some serious engine damage if you were not careful....how big was the shot you used? Do you have any kinds of safety devices?

I fried my MAF sensor on a backfire and was able to drive the car home on a 3 hr trip. If it wasn't for the leaky injectors it would have run smoother. If you unplug the MAF it will default into MAP mode. Car should still driveable. So you may have internal problems. It may be time for a compression test.
