life and maintance of solenoids?

i have the gm nx wet kit. i have have it for about a year. i probably ran like 12 bottles through my car. also my car sits most of the time cause i'm overseas.(military)_
how often do i need to rebuilt my solenoids or replace them. the last things i want is my fuel solenoid to fail. i have the iceman pure-flow solenoids. nitrous express says they are the best, but what do ineed to do to keep them in to working order..

oh and does anyone know if nx rates there kit at the crank or the wheels.

On average the brands rate them at the rear wheels.
I saw 111 rwhp on a 120 shot dry on nos kit 5175
tnt underrates their advertised hp ratings.
As for life of solenoids.
I've had my nos kit for 3 yrs? and only lost one purge solenoid.
I've had the tnt on for 2 months and the fuel solenoid already went.
Dunno about life expectance or making them last longer.
I think it is easier just to replace them instead of rebuilding them but that is just me.

That's right.NX has a lifetime warranty on their solenoids.I think the only maintenance you would need to do is activate the solenoids every couple of months or so.Also if you have the solenoids closed off (like connected to the lines) then I don't think you'll have anything to worry about.Those solenoids are VERY beefy.(Not like those puny NOS ones [img]tongue.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img] :D
