So I am finally gonna do nitrous on my car.I am trying to figure out what setup I wanna go with and I am looking for some opinions. I am a dealer for NX and I am definitely going with a NX kit, I just don't know which one I want. With my ram air setup, I would like to use the Gemini Mass Air Housing setup for the jets. I dunno if I could make it fit in my intake tract though. If not, I am gonna use the 20920 kit, but I would like to tap into the intake manifold on each bank for the induction. I am wondering if this would be a lot of work for little benefit though.
I will definitely have the bottle heater, purge solenoid, remote opener and all the bells and whistles, but can't decide which induction setup would be best. Thoughts and opinions are welcomed....

You are a dealer for nx?
Um, you should know this stuff then
Gemini mass air housing, got a pic?
Ram air as in hood?
Tap into the intake manifold in each bank, direct port system?
I'll wander nx's site for more info, brb

I'm looking at your site now.
These mods have to go for nitrous
JET Stage 2 chip
Casper Electronics TPS TEC
But you have some really good engine work which should really make the car boogie
Full exhaust too
Clutch too
Ahhhhh, nutek engine
Well, do a search for reccommended set ups for manual

Well, since you have the lt1 style tb I would like to see your car with a plate style set up for lt1's with lower hp shot's of course.
The only reason why the 3.8's and 3.4's drill into our intake manifolds are due to no plate system out there, they should have an lt1 plate system wet.
Lemme know what you think

You can see a better pic of my engine bay (newer) on my AMMPerformance.com website listed below. Goto the V6 section and it's the main pic.

The TPS TEC is already gone and the JET chip will definitely go. I knew about those two things and will scrap them when I get the kit. As far as tapping into the manifold, I wanted to simply to be able to have a nitrous shot on each bank, but I am thinking that it probably won't help too much and would be a lot of hassle to put it together. I didn't find a pic of the GM Mass air Housing from NX, but it's basically MAF ends with a nitrous and fuel port on them. From there, the mixture shoots into the engine from the backside of the MAF housing.

Matt, that's true, that direct port system that I designed would be awesome, but it's a lot of plumbing and I hopefully won't have the V6 in there for much longer.

Still, I'd like to see an lt1 plate style set up on your car, even though the intake is designed that way.
Sure, direct port is better but this would work well

Say i did tap each side of te intake on say ethier side of the intake right after where the intake opens up after the neck. will you have problems with backfire or is through the TB the best way unless u go direct port

Slacker, do you mean drilling and tapping into the upper intake manifold?
Basically floow the throttle body towards the intake manifold, you reach the narrow tube like shape of the upper intake manifold and then it kinda opens up after that, is this what you mean?

Minor setback...clutch just went out. I am replacing it with a SPEC Stage 3 clutch kit which is rated to hold over 600 hp...man, I sure do hope that it will hold on my engine's power.

Now, excuse me while I finishing washing this bull**** off of my shoes...

yeah 12 sec drill and tap after where the itake manifold bottle necks that way there is less chance for backfire

Hmmmm, my only concern is that the front two cylinders might not get as much nitrous as the back four.
We know that the tb drill and tap method works, as for after the bottle neck, we dunno, wanna try it? :D

you want your nozzle far away from the intake manifold so you get equal distribution to all cylenders.
