Hey the NOS kit I bought turns out to be infernals kit. I guess 2 of the jets in a bag he sent me are from you car. What size are they? Did you help him assemble the kit? Thanks.

Do you know what that means??
Part of your car has gone 12's :D
They are for an 85 hp shot but also the jets that say 0.63 are for a 120 dry shot.
The "fuel" or vaccum jet stays the same for an 85 hp and 120 hp shot.
Best of luck.
I think that is part of the vaccum set up or solenoid set up.

The jets in the bag are .47 I believe. I am not sure what he put in the nozzle. I better check. I don't want to juice it with 120 for the first time! He said the .47 jets were yours. The book says that .42 should be the bypass jet size. Whats the difference between th n2o setting of 45 and the n2o bypass of .42?1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH

47 nitrous jets are for 85 hp shot level.
Yeah don't juice it with the 120 the first time :D
"n2o setting of 45 and the n2o bypass of .42"
I'm a bit confused on this statement you made, are you thinking about putting a 45 jet instead of 47 for the nitrous?

The 45 is the nitrous jet. The 42 is the bypass jet.
They actually ship a 47 jet instead of a 45, but have not updated the book.
The 45/47 is the jet for the actual introduction of nitrous into your intake.
The 42 is a jet to manage the little bit of nitrous that gets diverted over to your fuel pressure regulator.\'98 A4 Camaro v6->v8 conversion, and STS kit next<br />v6: 13.6 Powerdyne, 13.2 150 shot, 13.8 120 shot, 14.3 85 shot, 15.7 stock<br />v8(na): 12.18@113, 392rwhp<br />Moderator on <a href=\"http://www.mtfba.org\" target=\"_blank\">www.mtfba.org</a> and <a href=\"http://www.frrax.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.frrax.com</a> (Road Race & Autocross)<br /><a href=\"http://community.webshots.com/user/johnduncan10\" target=\"_blank\">Car pics</a>, <a href=\"http://www.trscca.com\" target=\"_blank\">TN Region SCCA</a>

Yeah I pulled the nitrous jet out and its a .47 so it looks good. Part for the FPSS is on the UPS truck after a week and a half. They had some problem finding one to send me. So tonight, I will spray it... Oh yeah and I got the WOT switch to work fine. People told me that it wouldn't work on our cars, what a bunch of that was. I hit the track tomorrow night. I can't wait. ANy advice for the first time I spray it? Any advice for the first time at the track?1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH

Yeah, I didn't have any problem with my wot switch either.
Advice - have fun!!
And if the car doesn't like it, let it go until you can figure out the problem. I ran a little lean with mine the first couple of times, which felt like a misfire at 3k and up. I ended up using a maft to richen it up some more at wot when spraying.
I didn't have any new traction problems with it. In fact, I didn't really feel it until about 100 feet down the track, then it really came on.\'98 A4 Camaro v6->v8 conversion, and STS kit next<br />v6: 13.6 Powerdyne, 13.2 150 shot, 13.8 120 shot, 14.3 85 shot, 15.7 stock<br />v8(na): 12.18@113, 392rwhp<br />Moderator on <a href=\"http://www.mtfba.org\" target=\"_blank\">www.mtfba.org</a> and <a href=\"http://www.frrax.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.frrax.com</a> (Road Race & Autocross)<br /><a href=\"http://community.webshots.com/user/johnduncan10\" target=\"_blank\">Car pics</a>, <a href=\"http://www.trscca.com\" target=\"_blank\">TN Region SCCA</a>

NGK tr6 plugs gapped at 0.035
Hit the nitrous at a high rpm on the highway.
First time i really felt nothing.
there was a huge amount of black smoke the first time out, it is basically all the carbon build up in the engine
best of luck!!
infernal is right, newer cars it wont work on because of no throttle body cable, older ones like yours and mine have them so it will work :DRace car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
