I have an auto, do i need a window switch? I have the nx 20920 kit what do i need for direct port? I plan on spraying 125-150 shot and in the directions for v6 it only goes up to 100 i think, but for v8 it goes up to 150, the fuel jet and nitrous jet it says to use for the v8 could i also use those same jets for my v6 for a 150 shot? If i do a dual stage 75 shot each should i just use the jets its says to use for 75 in each of them, or would i need the jets for 150? probably just need the jets for 75 right? do i need to use pills with my setup? I have the nx 20920 kit with genx2 upgrade, what else do i need? i also have a/f gauge and fuel pressure gauge, i could probably install this myself but i will have a professional do this just to be safe. I know nos has a bottle heater and blanket i have the nx heater does nx sell a blanket for their bottles? do i need this? thanks for any help

You don't need a window switch, just don't flip the switch until 3k and you'll probably have to spray through shifts unless you want to coordinate your switch flipping with shifts. But if you plan on everything you listed why not go for the window switch? Do you plan on doing direct port and dual stage? I'm not sure if thats possible. A 150 shot is a 150 shot regaurdless of engine. Just a simple question, right? ;)
Ok, where to start....
Do you need one, no.
I do not run one. To be safe, I would suggest one. I always suggest using ALL safety measures on everyone else's car's.
Direct port, well, basically there are hard metal lines (nitrous and fuel) running to each intake runner on the intake manifold and it is drilled and tapped with a y fitting. Usually if you wander on a nitrous site you will see a kit for a direct port system or you can modifiy your exsisting system.

Jets are jets, they only go up to 100 because on a stock engine they do not want you going any higher.
I wouldn't go higher on a stock engine unless it had forged pistons and cranks
If it was dual stage then you put jets for hp ratrings in that you want per stage, 75 hp first stage, 75 hp for 2nd stage for a total of 150 hp.
Pills are for window switches, and you would need msd dis 4 plus ciu's (three of them)
do you need a blanket, nope. For more consistencey this helps. I have also noticed in the summer it keeps the bottle cool.

for coordinating shifts I meant that if you don't want to spray through shifts you'll have to flip the switch off before you shift and on after you shift. Way to much effort for me so I'll be spraying through shifts. Or you could get a push button switch to make life easier1998 Red RS 3.8l A4
Whisper - K&N - N20 - 1LE Panhard - Ghetto STB - 255/50ZR16 Ecsta
Removed grille - Limo tint - blackouts - A-pillar cf a/f ratio
Panasonic DF88 - 1 12\" Eclipse 88120.4 - Eclipse 3322 amp
http://members.cardomain.com/raven_rs

Yeah 12sec but isn't this like your second engine and second tranny? :D It's all right though considering you've single handedly raised the stock value in nitrous oxide and probably purged more N20 into the air than I'll ever put through my engine

snotty: one thing to think about is a tranny cooler. I'm putting one in here soon. Heat is what kills a transmission and nitrous should be adding alot of heat, especially if you spray through shifts1998 Red RS 3.8l A4
Whisper - K&N - N20 - 1LE Panhard - Ghetto STB - 255/50ZR16 Ecsta
Removed grille - Limo tint - blackouts - A-pillar cf a/f ratio
Panasonic DF88 - 1 12\" Eclipse 88120.4 - Eclipse 3322 amp
http://members.cardomain.com/raven_rs

Hmmmmm, good point :D
Actually, I had problems when that 362 rwtq started grabbing and perfect traction was achieved.
