  • Well time for me to put the nitrous back on.

    After compressing 12 lifters from a bad experience with the 100 shot, and alot of yelling at the dealership to get them to fix it under warrenty I believe it is time to put the nitrous back on. I miss it so much. It is time for me to hit 12's now besides i got my cam coming in soon and what could be a greater addition to a cam except a 100 shot of nitrous down the cars throat.LOL [img]smile.gif[/img]

    Curious Kris....Do you think the 100 shot was part of the reason why your lifters collapsed? OR was it doomed to hapopen and you just happened to have nitrous when it did?

      No i had been burning oil for like a month or so and i didnt know this and i ended up makeing one pass on the track with the 100 shot and only 1/2 a pan of oil so the car surged for oil and couldnt copemsate so after the race the car dided i chaged the oil within 10 mins of that run and i didnt see meal shavings i just started to hear alot of valve tap and car was running worse so no it wasnt the 100 shot.

          You didn't let the dealer know about the nitrous even if it wasn't related did you?

            the dealer is clueless to the nitrous i made it sound like i know nothing about cars when i went in.

              did ya get pics of the broken parts??
              I like to see what nitrous can do to an engine.
              I've got a pic of my piston and connecting rod in my oil pan :D
