Most likely it's on the "hazardous chemicals" list and you need a permit to tansport it.
Just call your local department of heatlh and ask for an application. In most cases all you ahve to do is fill it out and send it in. Yes, in jersey you need one.
Open the phone book or call info.
Department of health and senior services.
Call them and ask for an application for nitrous for drag racing. they will send it out.
Worst case scenario if you really need it now come up to me and I'll take you to my nitrous guy and you can use my permit.
Where are you again?
It is good for 2 years. Just before it expires they send you a new application.
