This is a NOS Powershot N20 solenoid that has been giving me problems, i tested the setup when i was going to install it. Well the N20 solenoid clicked like it was going to work but nothing came out, line was charged all the way to solenoid, any ideas?

Call NOS and ask them if they have a service that will inspect them and possibly rebuild them.
I just sent out my fuel solenoid to TNT for them to inspect it and possibly rebuild it.
They aso flow test it.
That is probably the best and cheapest thing to do.Race car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
