Last night I sprayed with someone in the car for the first time, had two people in the car. When I hit about 60-70 I felt a slight surge, about twice. I let off soon after and as soon as I started saying "the bottle must be low, I felt it surge..." The SES light started flashing, which if I'm correct is a missfire. It stopped flashing after a couple seconds to return to it's typical on state ( still haven't fixed it). I'm gonna go have the codes read to make sure there isn't something else going on here and maybe I can see if the missfire has been tripped several times. Could this of happened from the spark getting blown out? Is this anything to worry about? What am I looking at?

Someone was talking about this I don't know what ended up happening if I recall corectly the title was "misfire while spraying" search for that and see what you come up with.
His case was he ONLY misfired when he was spraying which sounds like your problem!

Thanks, but that post wasn't of much help. All I got out of it is I might have burned a plug or two and people like to *****.1998 Red RS 3.8l A4
Whisper - K&N - N20 - 1LE Panhard - Ghetto STB - 255/50ZR16 Ecsta
Removed grille - Limo tint - blackouts - A-pillar cf a/f ratio
Panasonic DF88 - 1 12\" Eclipse 88120.4 - Eclipse 3322 amp
http://members.cardomain.com/raven_rs

Make sure the gap is tight on those NGKs. Nitrous has a tendency to blow out a spark, that's why the recommended gap is .035-.040. I was gapped at .040, but experienced some blowout (that's what came of that other thread) so I gapped them at .035 and haven't had any problems since.

I don't remember exactly what I gapped them put it was at least 40. If I have this problem again I guess I'll pull the plugs and check. I hope I don't need to replace any plugs, those things were a pain to find.1998 Red RS 3.8l A4
Whisper - K&N - N20 - 1LE Panhard - Ghetto STB - 255/50ZR16 Ecsta
Removed grille - Limo tint - blackouts - A-pillar cf a/f ratio
Panasonic DF88 - 1 12\" Eclipse 88120.4 - Eclipse 3322 amp
http://members.cardomain.com/raven_rs

Typically if the SES light flashes it is a multiple misfire code.
Pull the car over asap and check/ change the plugs.
If any electrodes are burned off then change them, if not then check the gaping.
NGK TR6's gapped at 0.035 onlyRace car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
