Would this be what you would need to run dual stage that thing that converts single nozzle into dual? Would it be feasible to buy a direct port system for our cars? what all would i need besides the dual stage conversion kit and the direct port kit to run lets say a dual stage shot while having it direct port? I would like a list of all the parts i would need thanks.

Why do you want to run dual stage? -
Noone on this board has done a direct port nitrous system. I guarantee you it would be expensive.
Only reason to run dual stage is so you can spray off the line, say a 35 - 50 shot, then bump up to your higher shot once you have a little traction.
