I've had my NOS kit for about 3 months now and all the sudden decided to have it filled at an import place instead of at the track (where it had been previously filled). Would it be possible that they either screwed me or had a bad batch of nitrous because all systems are go but when activated nothing happens? I've checked both solenoids and bypassed the fps, whatever is in the bottle even come out of the 2nd solenoid.

Any help would be appreciated because any advice from NOS costs $100 an hour.

Well I would think you could tell if there was something in there. Was it at least cold? Did you pull the jet out the intake to see if it's spraying out when the circuit is closed? I don't see how a shop could give you something else although it could happen. And if you didn't notice they just gave you your bottle back empty and charged you $40 I'm sorry but thats your fault. Since when does the NOS tech line charge? If they charged I would have a bit of a bill

        I absolutely disagree
So would the Better Business Bureau
So would the court system if it cost more (not worth the 40 bucks)

It should not be the customer's responsibility to check everything they have done for them at a shop. Yes, its a good idea, but it is not the responsibility of the customer.

I've only filled my bottle once, but there was no mistaking it for an empty bottle at all. I didn't even have to check, it was heavy and cold (shake it a little and something moves). Now if they cheat you out of a couple pounds then yes it is not your responsibility. I'm not saying this makes it right in any way but come on, you should know an empty bottle when you see one. My bottle doesn't have any paint (powder coat) on it so maybe the cold issue is much more apparent on mine

Bad batch of nitrous, probably not.
What happens when you hit the button? nothing?
Check the wiring, fuses, buttons etc.
Make sure all of them are working.
Do you here the click from the solenoid's?

obviously my problem was not stated well enough.

my bottle weighs 23 1/2 pounds
              bothe solenoids click
whatever is in the bottle comes out of the nozzle

so once again my problem is nothing happens

                So, the bottle is full.
The clicking, can you confirm that it is the solenoids?
Next, dissconnect the braided line and see if nitrous is flowing through the line.
If those solenoids are not clicking then it is a fuel issue

WHATEVER IS IN THE BOTTLE IS COMING OUT OF THE NOZZLE AT HIGH PRESSURE

THIS MEANS THAT BOTH SOLENOIDS ARE WORKING(CLICKING)

I called NOS and they said they have heard of people getting bad fills because the "filler" had a bad batch of N2O(more oxygen than nirogen),I think that is my problem. I'm not stupid enough to pay for an empty bottle, thanks guys.
