  • Fuel Pressure Safety Switch

    On the fuel pressure safety switch I recieved with my NOS 5175 kit there is a black piece that screws into the top of it. Is this an adjustment of some kind? The activation pressure maybe? Thanks for the help?

    Yes, that screw adjusts the activation pressure. I'm not sure whether its clockwise or counterclockwise for a higher pressure though.

      Honestly I don't remember if it is counter clockwise or clockwise to raise the psi.
      I'd call the nos tech line to confirm, and then post it here, thanks

        I just talked to NOS tech support and they told me that the turning clockwise raises the pressure, counter-clockwise decreases it. The guy also told me that even with the pressure set at max the switch will activate at 60psi, which is way below what the system pushes the fuel pressure up to.

          Hmmmm, my fuel psi would sky rocket to just under 80 psi on the dry kit.
