  • NITROUS not "Hitting"

i have't run the n20 in awhile and today i got tte bottle filled and i'm running a 100 shot. well when i hit the juice the full power is not there. the bottle psi was right on and i have a full 3inch exhaust. i have STOCK manifolds. but the car was making a strange noise while on the juice. it sounded like VRRR VRRR VRRRR sound. and the car was surging while it was making that sound. i hope i'm not runnning lean. also my tr6's have like 15 bottle through them and i have 20,000 miles on the plugs. they are gapped at .035..

i was doing some research and i think i might be a "little" lean and i think i'm sucking in to much liquid n20. my bottle is mounted perfectly level. i have to prop it up more so the siphon tube can do it's job..

Yeah that probably means you are running lean.

You can fix that by compensating more fuel (bigger fuel pill) if this problem persists.

I would also reccomend that you replace those plugs. or check to see if the tops are worn.

Nitrous plugs tend to wear faster than normal applications.

Sounds like the fpss is doing its job.
Call up a local speed shop and find a dyno with a wide band
Dyno it on there w/ wideband and adjust fuel jets accordingly
