i just got a new motor back in my car and I'm hooking up the nitrous, should i change the shot size i have because it's colder out(i have an 85 shot)? i ask this because i've heard a couple times that that's why i blew my motor up in the first place.

Who the hell did you hear that from???
Are they on crack?
Honestly do not listen to them.

Sure one can make the arguement that colder air is denser which has more O2 molecules in it and you should add more fuel but would you honestly adjust jets each time the weather changes???

I would call around and find a dyno shop that can wide band tune your car.
All they will do is adjust jets so your car is running stoich to slightly rich on nitrous

why would a car on the same amount of nitrous used 2 or 3 times up to october and then once in december blow up that one time in december? i'm not trying to start a message board war but i'm completley stumped.

Message board war? Nope.
I'm guessing it was someone from this place that stated that?
I run the exact same nitrous jets in the summer and winter.
I have no problems ever.

Maybe poor tuning/ maintenence?
