    What happens when you leave a bottle heater turned on too long and the pressure valve fails?

    Very old one.
    That happened because:
    Thermostat was removed on bottle warmer
    No blow down tube
    And one other thing, something to do with the pressure relief disc, it was messed with by the owner.

    The @ss messed with all of the safety precautions, he deserved what he got!!
