  • Bottle opener

    does anyone have compucar?? if so is there a electric bottle opener?? If not could a NOS or NEX electric bottle opener work on the compucar bottle?? Thanks..

      He's right. Never heard of compucar, but NX's bottle opener is the best IMO but the price is definately higher.

        I don't have any first hand experience but I've spoken with Shirl about hers.
        She mentioned that sometimes the opener did not fully open or close the bottle.
        She also mentioned that it is a slight pain in the @ss to put on and take off just for fill up's.
        I have only checked out her maro once since the nx install.
        This is what I have learned
        Race car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
        nitrous et & mph: 12.168 & 110.95 mph, n/a 13.746 & 96.38 mph
        2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8: 12.125, 116.45
        2010 Ford Taurus SHO: no times yet

          Yeah I got the NX one, and it is definatly a PITA to take on/off for refills. I've had a few issues before with the opener NOT opening...this pisses me off especially on the street when I need it most!

          Overall, it's convienient and does the job. [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]
