Yup, I thought TR 55's were a stock heat range.

In theory, a colder plug can hurt n/a performance and fuel economy.

I am still trying to proove this. I understand the concept of it, but yet to proove it to humor my curiosity :D

And, like john said, nitrous cleans everything out, REALLY good :D

I just bought the Tr55. Will they be okay for nitrous? or should I take them back and get the TR6's?

depends on how big a shot u use. the colder plugs reduce the chances of detonation, but w/ a shot smaller than 75, u should be fine w/ the one's u have. Also, you guys want as big a gap as possible to get a more efficient burn. if you increase cylinder pressures w/ boost, nitrous, or just upping compression, upgrade the ignition so it provides a stronger spark instead of getting smaller gapped spark plugs.

I just went to Advanced Auto and bought the TR55's and I also got some new Borg Warner plug wires. Has anyone had any experience or heard anything about these. I am probably going to run an 85 shot, so I will take back the plugs and get the Tr6's

            TR6's for nitrous
            TR55's for n/a
Gap for n/a plugs is 0.060
Gap for nitrous plugs is 0.035

This is what I do for my car
