i found some NGK plugs that are 4 heat ranges colder than stock.. in what type of situation would these plugs be used for. say 125 shot

i bet theres even more than 4 heat ranges colder...cuz depending on how much compression you run, what type of fuel, nitrous, etc all take a different plug...you probably wont need a plug that cold but u can try it...

Yea, there are some plugs that are even cooler than 4 ranges like those, but why? Doubt you'd ever need them on a regular fuel injected car...now nitro methane cars and such might...

4 ranges colder on:
Cheater system is 250+ hp
Big shot is 325+ hp
Pro racing is 210+ hp

On a 6 cylinder kit I have a 150 HP shot level should have 110+ octance gas plus 2 ranges colder with 4-8 degree's of retard

175 HP shot level should have 110+ octane gas plus 2-3 ranges colder with 6-10 degree's of retard

4 ranges colder might be 225-250+ hp level's?

thanks james, i guess i'll stick to the tr6's.

i'm going to run a 125 shot with 104race gas and 4 degrees of retard. i think that will do the trick

Personally I think you are jumping up in jets too soon.
125 will REALLY break stuff!
There are other ways to make your car go faster than adding MORE nitrous.
I STILL run a 100 shot
