  • Pills for msd window switch?

What is this? Someone said I needed pills if I get the msd window switch. How many do I need and how much?

An MSD window switch requires modules (often referred to as "pills") to set the "on" and "off" RPMs. They usually cost between $20 and $30 for a pack in a 1000 RPM range in increments of 200. For example, a 5000 RPM odd package would include 5 RPM modules: 5100, 5300, 5500, 5700, and 5900.

Thanx Skinny, but after doing my little research, I see the MSD window switch don't get along with our cars too well, so I went with the Harlan switch instead.

Wait, MSD window switch doesn't work well with the V6's? Even with the MSD DIS-4? What's the situation here?

using hte DIS4, the msd switch works no problem.

but on the stock ignition you have to have the switch converted by MSD for that. I have a switch that is already converted from when I used nitrous, works just fine.
