I want to know how much is ok to spray with stock internals, i have intake exhaust, (will have gears) and maybe ported heads... so if i have ported heads and no other internal mods would i be ok to spray 100 or no, 100 is really what i am shooting for without dropping a rod or something of that nature.

A 100 shot would do fine with stock internals. If it's a dry shot you might consider upgrading the fuel pump.-Travis
99 Trans Am, Pewter, A4 Forged, stalled, and cammed
85 Buick Regal WH1 T-Type It\'d be cool if it ran...
94 Camaro 3.4, Teal, M5 The daily beater

Is this for a 3.4 or 3.8?
3.4 a 100 shot may be a little much
3.8 should handle it ok
Either way if the car is in good running condition and you don't have any other problems you should be ok. Nitrous is known for making known problems worse! Just make sure you get enough fuel if its a Dry shot and go have fun!

Since you have a 97 RS I would go with the HP level intended by the nitrous manufacturers only!
Nitrous is not safe.
You CAN blow your motor on a 50 shot.
NOS kits come with an 85 hp dry shot
NX kits come with a 75 hp wet shotRace car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
nitrous et & mph: 12.168 & 110.95 mph, n/a 13.746 & 96.38 mph
2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8: 12.125, 116.45

Whats that supposed to mean, (Since you have a 97 RS) i know you can blow your engine with N20 you can mess up your engine with lotsa things, i was just wondering if i could do 100 shot without messing up my internals?

What is that supposed to mean????
Well, I clicked your profile and that is what YOU put in there, is that correct?
You MIGHT be able to get away with a 100 shot..... MIGHT, but for advice I ALWAYS suggest staying with the kits intended nitrous jettingRace car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6
