Im posting this for a friend......

"Im trying to install a custom NX style switch panel in my car, to add 2 additional switches, but i need to know if the SGS is a momentary button, or a switch. I need to know this so i can order the panel with the right kind of switch. If somebody knows the wiring for it, i would appreciate it"

I could be wrong, but I believe it's a switch you turn on and off.

Momentary button. Just order some fog light switches from GMPartsDirect. They will work perfectly. IM me if you want the part #.

Wouldn't a momentary button make it so the circuit is only complete when the button is pressed? IE: on when you press it, off when you release.

Its not a switch because it pops back. Its a button that is activated when pressed and deactivated the next time it is pressed. It is also deactivated when the ignition is turned off. Its more of an advanced cross between switch and momentary button.
