Anyone run the new Denso Iridum plugs yet-comments concerns?
Anyone run the new Denso Iridum plugs yet-comments concerns?
I've got a 97 with a few mods and a zex kit and I was just wondering if these plugs would work better than the ngk's I have in now. I also didn't know if they would be safe to use either. One more thing in the world of nitrous I have always been under the understanding that it was not safe to run any type of platinum spark plugs yet I have recently heard people talking about the Bosch Plus-4's and if you were to run them to just go a heat range colder. I'm a little confused now and was hoping someone could set me straight on this issue and the first as well.
Thanks ahead of time you guys always give me solid info I can go on.
Homemade Ram-Air kit with K&N, Flowmaster Exhaust, Zex Nitous Kit, 180 Thermostat.
15.8@87mph NA and all stock.
Biggjon11@aol.com
I doubt they will be better than the NGK's for Nitrous although I have no personal experience with iridium plugs. The TR6s have been proven time and time again.
Also Platinum plugs with nitrous is bad from all my reading!
