  • N20 cam

    Saved up a couple months paychecks and want to spend it on my car,

    i thinking about putting on 50 shots of N20 and a cam ground for N20, who grinds a good cam and what else will i need so i wont explode? ive read that id need to change my plugs after every 3 sprays and use colder plugs? is this right?
    cant i just hit the brakes once i get close to the speed grovenor or could i get it reprogrammed locally?

    I'm a rookie here but I have been spraying heavily for a little bit (3 10lb bottles) with an 85 shot and my plugs are cool as of this moment...

    I have learned that you need the cooler plugs for higher shots &gt; 100... And the plugs of choice a NGK VR-6 (from memory, probably wrong)...

    Never read/heard of the cam work before and I try to read everything/search to learn...

      NGK TR6's with nitrous gapped at 0.035


      As for the cam..... I'm still running a stock cam.
      And I don't plan on switching anytime soon

        a N20 cam has a different exhaust timeing. magnus had a special one i think

          exhaust tends to be favored, and has a lobe separation between a NA and roots SC cam, 112-114 ls. the reason they favor exhaust is because nitrous is cold going in, and doesn't take up as much space. once it's heated and burned w/ the fuel, there's a lot more space taken up by it, and it all has to get out so mroe can get in.
