I don't think so. If you have a 3.8, the maf is built into the throttlebody. Don't know about the 3.4. It's probably too big. Well, there isn't any info on it.
In theory.... if it plays with timing/ fuel etc then it should be possible.... it is just down to wiring.

If you are running an LT1 or LS1 maf, and a wet kit, then you could use it.
