Probably gonna depend on how often you use it, and if you try and run huge shots! If you just use it at the track, and not going to the track every weekend, I can see Nitrous posing no real problem for you. If you use it often, you might get 100,000 miles, but I bet that you have some seriously blowby. Drivin' down the road, killin' mosquitoes. :D

I have been casually spraying an 85 shot for the past 10K miles. My compression is just as good as it was before I started spraying(210psi).

I think the N20 is actually helping the engine; it is cleaning the valves and pistons. :D

My car had 72,000 miles on it when I started to spray it.. That was a year ago.. Now it has 94,000 miles on it and I have been sprayin a 75 wet shot now for 4-5 months..Just make sure you do your maintanance on it like oil and I like to change my fuel filter every 3000-4000 miles.. spark plugs every 3 months or so, checking them once a week..

If installed correctly... used moderately... all safety equipement used...and no screw ups it will not shorten the life of an engine.

And yes... it cleans out an engine
