  • 12SECV6!! nozzel placement mater by an inch or so? make a diffenence in HP/TQ?

    hey,
i want to finalize the install and clean it up. I have the nozzel place 2 to 3 inches from the TB plate. Its alittle further then most i have seen but the TB plate clears it fine. so is it good here? its like alittle past that hole inside the TB on the passengers side. AKO? or should i move it? and if i were to move it should i JB weld the pervious hole? i think its ok where it is.

Sounds like a good spot! That's where mine is. If you decide to move it, though, just use a plug for the hole in case you change your mind and put it back in that spot.

I used to have my nozzle really close to the MAF like that. I made the fuel map act funny whenever I sprayed.

I have my nozzle right after the airbox now, really far from the MAF. It is much more predictable.

i have a wet kit so it has to be after the MAF. i measured the nosel from the inside of the TB and i measured that its about 1.25 to 1.5 inches from the TB plate. so its pretty far in there. its like an inch past the MAF.

As long as it is after the maf then you should be fine.
