  • 2-stage 50shots??

I was wondering if there was any way to get a two stage nitrous system for my 98' camaro with the 1st stage being 50hp and the 2nd stage also being 50hp.....also what modifications would I need to make this system very safe from messing up any aspects of my car?? Thanks ahead to everyone for the input "98' v6 camaro automatic tranny"

You would simply need two of the shark nozzles from NX (2 inputs on each nozzle) with the appropriate jets for a 50 shot. That is, if you are running a wet shot (which I would recommend).

If you wanted to go with a dual dry setup, you will need 2 fogger nozzles.

Each nozzle will need seperate nitrous and fuel solenoids hooked up on their own circuits so you could control each one individually.

With a shot that large, you should think about upgrading your fuel pump and possibly put in a fuel pressure regulator. You should also install a fuel pressure gauge so you can monitor the fuel pressure.

Go with all of the safety features that are offered. They will help save your engine if there is a problem in the system.

It is easy to make a 2 or 3 stage nitrous system for your car.
A 2 stage would be real simple you could do it with some windo switches and throttle micro switch.
You would just have to turn on the first stage with a switch and have the second stage come on at a certian point and make it so they both shut off when you want.
First on, then second on and at some point both off.
On a 3 stage you have to have 1 on(first stage), 1 off and 2 come on (second stage) at the same time, then 1 come back on (third stage).
You would need ( I would use 2 nos kits) 2 wet shot kits to start with and get a fuel pressure switch and windo switch all for safty.
Like 12secondV6 said it is like having 2 kits.
I don't like the idea of a 2 stage all dry nitrous system for some reason.
Now one wet and one dry that would be different.
To make the rest of your car ready I would put a new fuel filter and high vol fuel pump (you have to have one for over 125 nitrous hp), fuel psi gauge and some pre-mo grade gas.
Do a last check, fire you nitrous system with out the nitrous and just spary fuel to make sure you have enough fuel pressure.
