my friend and I are putting a 3.4 into his 91 camaro and I mentioned the only way his car would beat mine was with alot of mods or just nos. it will have the 91 3.1 intake on is and I was wondering how much a kit would cost for it. do they even make kits for 3.1s

also he was wondering if you can make it only like a 30 shot of nos and then like a 50 another time. is this possible???

how much does it usually cost to fill up a bottle and where do you usually get them filled???

    thanks in advance

a nitrous kit is a nitrous kit is a nitrous kit

it dosent have to be made for a certian car for it to work

yes you can change jets from a 30 to a 50 shot

depending on the size of the bottle it can be cheap or very expensive to fill ... usually around the STL its 4 $ a pound, depends on where you go

speed shops fill bottles, some industrial gas suppliers can do it, and a friend of mine gets his filled at a refridgeration company

with in reason not every kit works for every car, but if he goes with a simple single stage dry or wet shot then ya they are pretty universal

i run a 75(although i have a 3.4), and if ur motor is good shape it should take 30 and 50 alot but really it all depends, nitrous isnt predictable and sh!t goes wrong, so really it all depends, if you set it up right and use it how your supposed to you should have no problems, just dont cut corners do it right and enjoy...just cuz one person has a ton of passes doesnt gaurantee you will

To my knowledge, the nos kit 5175 will work on a 3.1 L also.

Nitrous lasts as long or as short as you want.

I havent seen a sprayed 3.1 so I do not know how strong it is.

Cost, $3.50 to 5.50 per pound
