    Looking for comments.

This is the current set up:

    http://bbbracing.com/12secondv6/100_0140.JPG

    http://bbbracing.com/12secondv6/100_0113.JPG

I was thinking about relocating the bottles to the trunk.

What I would like to do is built up the bottom of the trunk with a 6-8 inch high shelf.......

Carpet it of course, something similar to the current carpetted board.

Mount the bottles in a fashin so the handles are pointing towards the front of the car.

They would be spaced out significantly due to the trunk lock being in the middle.

I don't want to go on the rear shelf, to obvious.

If I can get the correct shelf height I want the tops of the bottles/ handles to enter the trunk area where someone could look in the rear window and see them.... but not the complete bottles.

This is kinda hard for me to describe... but I think I'll try it.

    I think it will be:
    prettier
    stealthier
    help with traction
    help with weight relocation
    clean up interior compartment

Comments, both positive and negative please....

    In advance.... thanks!

sounds cool and i believe it would look a whole lot better...im just not sure if the trunk is wide enough to place the bottles like that and still have them at 15*'s but im sure you have already checked that out...i say do it!

There is also a possibility of a third bottle being added in the middle..... due to higher shot levels coming soon. :D

I say you put them in the trunk. As far back as possible.

Some weight in the back will help ya with traction since you spin already. Go for it man, sounds good to me, and yea not so obvious either. Are you going to put remote bottle openers on them then? This is the only drawback to in the trunk cuz u gotta get out to open the bottles.

            No remote openers.

Too many issues w/ partial opening/ closing

            I'll keep u all updated

3 bottles??...30 lbs man...thats a bunch...but will the weight relocation from the rear seat to the trunk really make that big of a difference?...also....how are you going to get them all at 15*?...but like wickedsix said...im sure you have that figured out...your 60' time is insane so if the weight relocation is going to help your traction i definitely say do it..plus you're right...it would look kick ***! ...any pland for the rear seat area once the bottles are moved??

                3 bottles, 24 pounds each, 72 pounds total :(

But, it would be located AFTER the rear axle at a slightly higher location than current for better weight transfer.

I think this would be a wise move due to my bird being limited on traction.

I'll be damn scared when it starts hooking!

good idea. once i get my system, i plan on putting it inside the trunk, where the spare tire and jack would be. the bottle would be hidden behind the speaker panel.

how many pounds do you use in a pass? i realize that the pressure would drop significantly if only using one bottle, however using 2 bottles with warmers should be plenty... why the 3rd bottle?

Why not three? lol, the more the better, then you don't have to go fill your bottles all the time with 3 running.
