when i was racing last night (and picking timeslips up off the ground! lol...riiiight) ...i got a misfire...luckily it was RIGHT at the finish so it didnt effect me at all...now that i have the fuel pump i've got that part of the battle done with i think... i just need to retard the ignition timing a bit..i only need this during nitrous injection...what do you guys suggest?...a DIS-4?..i appreciate any advice...thanks!

maft+ and then find an old laptop to run Autotap on your car to monitor everything.
Or get your PCM tuned by TSP and maybe can fix some of your other problems with a good tune.

I think with the blower and nitrous, it's not that you simply need to retard your timing. I would bet you are blowing out the spark on the big end. MSD's pieces will do the trick to give the spark more power, as well as retard the timing a couple degrees if you so desire.<a href=\"http://www.fullthrottlev6.com\" target=\"_blank\">www.fullthrottlev6.com</a> THE SOURCE!

Personally, I think you should not focus on any power adders right now, you have other concerns to address, like quality of the engine and N/A performance.
I run stock timing, stock timing tuning, i recently upgraded to MSD coil packs but my 14.0 N/A and 12.1 spraying was on stock coil packs.
I tried the MSD DIS 4 system along with CIU's and the bird would not run, some people swear by it, I do not.

When you start getting above 100 shot you have to start thinking about retardign the timing, but not really before then, unless you have another power adder.
