      ^^true...gonna be VERY hard to hit a 12.1 on just boost...do turbo and a wet conversion for like $200 more [img]smile.gif[/img]

                Who?

                No one with a turbo/ supercharger has provided me with impressive times.

                Supercharger??? Get what, a powerdyne unit? Waste of money in my opinion.

                ATI kit, not fully tested, developed, and legitimate 1/4 mil et and mph gains.

                And turbo..... don't even get me started, in the boosted section here there is WAY TOO MUCH frigin drama!

                    i think some guys that have their plans can break into the low 12s - high 13s...malice already has plans of running the combo...which holds spot# 1...Tueful is putting out just about 350rwhp...now if he only got some slips! ...and of course..^^project viper ;) ...but i hear ya about the boosted section lol ...a powerdyne may cost more than its worth...but if you put one on your car you'd be running high 10s with traction!

                          I hope you all aren't expecting me to put some amazing times down at the track. Yes I am planning to build a turbocharged and sprayed car, if the v8 bug doesn't infect me first.(I drove an LS1 for the first time this weekend, and it made me think long and hard)

                          I will probably put a lot of power down on the dyno, but I race with a manual transmission.
                          -I can't launch worth a damn
                          -I can't shift very fast
                          -I like road racing better than drags
                          -If I post an amazing timeslip in the drag forum, most of the members will just call BS and disregard me.

                            the first LS1 i drove was an 03 vette...it was like warp speed man lol ...it is tempting...i couldnt imagine that with like a 150 shot...my times would probably be better too but i cant launch worth sh*t ..thats what im practicing over the off-season...gotta get my traction down to get ready for my own 150 shot [img]smile.gif[/img]

                              yeah i cought the V8 bug, between driving my neighbors 69 427 vette, a 96 vette, a 2001 SS, and a 2002 Z06 i have found V8's are lots of raw fun.
