It can be down graded.
It can go with out some of the switchs and relays. It is a 1911 A1 in .45ACP
Those are perfectly legal to own back home. In that picture it is all most brand new, I got it when I was home on leave last summer. The FBI back round check took 3 minutes, my personal best so far.
