I have about 30 Air force collage credits worth of eletrical engeneering stuff.
It is simple stuff, not like I could design a voltage regulator for an AC alternator or any thing like that. But I can fix them and maybe clone one no problem.
I did modify the circuit card on my welder so I can turn the gas on and off at will. I set micro switch, throttle cables, replace burned out wiring all the time at work. We do every thing.
When I go back next week I could be tearing into a gas turbine engine or finding a broken wire on a diesel heater. This summer I took a month off and started to miss it all.
