WOOHOO! ..just got my tax return (and made $450 off the powerdyne) and ordered the kit from summit racing..it appears that i am not going to get the kind of power i am looking for correctly out of a dry kit..and i can still add the powerdyne to this later..and let only that utilize the injectors..it will initially be jetted for a 100 shot..and then we'll see from there whether or not it'll jump to a 125..say hello to your first direct port user [img]graemlins/wavey.gif[/img]

i will have a NEW (except for the solenoids) NOS kit# 5175 for sale as soon as this comes in (should be only a few days) for $350

umm..i didnt change my mind..i put my car into a guard rail ....the kit will be here in a few days and will be installed shortly after it arrives [img]smile.gif[/img] (but that part sort of went without saying till now ;) )

they usually take no time to get to me..so i'll get some good shots of the parts and after the install and everything..this kit cost $1200..thats the cheapest i could fint it..you can get it for $1000 without the bottle...but i wanted the bottle so i would be able to sell the dry kit [img]smile.gif[/img]

i was thinking of that..but im only running a 100 shot so yeah im eating up juice but not a rediculous amount..i dont mind getting it filled cuz its pretty cheap here..so then i was like..ok..im just gonna have a billion parts left over..oh yeah..only thing missing it the bottle! ..hence..the idea to get the kit with the bottle so i can sell a dry kit (use all the parts i have..sell all the new parts) [img]smile.gif[/img]

first of all the first blower cost me about 4 grand and i sold it for about 3 ..the second blower cost me 2 grand and i sold it for 2.5 grand..and i've always been after the combo..i've never changed my mind..the only thing i changed my mind about was whether or not i was going to do it with a dry kit..or a wet kit..i wanted to do it with a dry kit just because i already had one..but it really doesnt look like its going to work the best for me..so i made the decision to go wet..but i do NOT want a backfire coming through my blower (when i get another one)..so i finally decided to just do it and get the direct port kit..putting my car through a gaurd rail REALLY set me back..i was pretty upset about it..but if i cant find a used blower i'll just buy another new one..i've alwasy been after the same thing..dont take it so seriously man..i was j/k ;)

i dunno..just playin..i've been chasing this combo setup for like 2 years! lol..but having the little extra safety of a direct port kit put sme a little more at ease..its definitely not going over a 100 shot when i slap a blower on there..now that i have HP Tuners i can tune for the boost and juice too..it'll all come together...some year! haha [img]smile.gif[/img]
