i wanna spray wet..but i just dont want to spray fuel through my intake manifolds..not on my daily driver..plus every car is different..i saw some dybo number on a completely stock mustang..i think with my exhaust mods i'll be able to get a little more out of it..it'll be cool to try something different too

there was a link to a magazine article on NOS's web site..i'll see if i can find it..i think it was on a 99+ Mustang GT jetted for a 100 shot..i forget what the torque increase was but it gained 90 at the rear wheels..not very impressive..but like i said..the car was bone stock..no PCM or exhaust mods or anything..so im hoping to see at least what i jet it for

The magazine I have..... somewhere... yielded decent HP #'s.... but TQ #'s were quite low :(

That is my main concern with it

heres the first article..it doesnt say what it was jetted for but it looks like a 100 shot..if so..the HP isnt too impressive (but again..bone stock) but the torque is pretty nice..

http://www.mustang50magazine.com/howto/71219/index.html

in this article it looks like they ran a 150 shot on the same car and those numbers look pretty nice..

good job on the teflon tape man... now take it all back apart and use the paste. teflon tape has been known to break up under the extreme cold and get in and clog lines or noids... Most bigger brands ususally specify paste in all there install instructions.

1DangerousV6, that was in the instructions that you posted earlier. They mention to never use teflon tape on those fittings.

Our test vehicle was a Sean Hyland Motorsport show car, a prettied-up ’01 GT that was mechanically bone-stock right down to its exhaust system. In this form it produced 221 hp and 269 lb-ft on SHM’s Dynojet. Afterward, these peaks had jumped to more than 312 hp and 414 lb-ft. The system seemed to particularly favor the 3,500-rpm mark, where power was up by 101.9 hp and no less than 153 lb-ft.

My guess is this is a 100 shot....... and to pick up ONLY 153 RWTQ.... is just plain poor

http://www.mustang50magazine.com/how...19/index1.html Click on their dyno print out..... just plain poor #'s in my opinion

And.... for the 2nd article:
On the Superior Automotive Dynojet chassis dyno, our unassisted 4.6L (with five-speed manual transmission) delivered 234.0 horsepower and 284.8 lb-ft of torque at the rear tires. But with the NOSzle system set for a 150 horsepower shot, those numbers jump to an astonishing 383.0 horsepower and 502.4 lb-ft of torque! That’s an extra 149 horsepower and 217.6 lb-ft of torque.

217 RWTQ gain with a 150 shot?!?!?!?!?!?

MY GOD.... in my opinion.... poor #'s

Ok... lemme put things into perspective where I am coming from....

My 100 WET shot (we all know wet makes more power.... and a direct port is EVEN superior) made 183 RWTQ gain

My 120 DRY shot (we all know wet makes more power.... and a direct port is EVEN superior)
made 162 RWTQ gain

Just my opinion

yeah but remember those cars are bone stock..i think i'll see slightly higher gains with my exhaust mods..i dunno it'll be interesting..im definitely gonna get it on a dyno over the summer

about the tape..yeah yeah yeah lol ..i know they say to use paste but tape's all i've ever used and never had a problem..it'll be cool ..and if not i guess i'll be taking that block out again and doin it up even better..do a cam and valve train mods while im at it :D
