When you say all the safety stuff, what exactly do you mean? Do you have a WOT switch, FPSS, Window switch, etc etc? Tell us about your setup please.

have the bottle heated to 950 psi (as close to that as you can get)..have it open..but not armed..launch..when you are at the top of first gear at WOT (im assuming when you say you have all the safety stuff you have a WOT switch..it you dont..GET ONE!) hit the arming switch and inject the nitrous..since you have an A4 just keep right on spraying through the gears..all you gotta do is hold on and enjoy..it is not recommended that you run nitrous for more than 15 seconds at one time..but usually this is more than enough time (depending on shot size) for a nitrous run in a 3.8 ..when you cross this finish just let off the gas and that will shut down the juice..disarm as you are slowing down and breaking..if you have a purge..close the bottle and purge your lines after you get your slip..which will hopefully be a nice one ..but dont worry so much about your time..get used to the feeling of juice..check your car/engine over after runs..and enjoy!12 SECOND DUAL STAGE DRY NITROUS POWERED 98 A4 V6 CAMARO
www.MySickCamaro.50megs.com
Best ET: 12.82@103
Best MPH: 104.7
Best 60\': 1.75 - Stock TC

quote:
Originally posted by Shodown:
1DV6 runs 12\'s...enough said.

Why don't you test it out on the street to make sure everything is working properly before blowing something up on the track and causing everyone else who paid to race to have to wait 45min for your mess to get cleaned up.-Kevin
\'96 White Camaro RS M5
GTP Shortblock - T3/T4 -6psi Intercooled
Open Downpipe

Testing on the street....... have I done it... yes.... will I suggest it to someone else... probably not.... but you SHOULD test it before driving out to the track and paying to race.Race car - gone but not forgotten - 1997 firebird V6

Yeah it sucks when someone blows up at the track, but it's better than killing innocent drivers.Matt

only a 35 shot, ah a 50 shot would be fine, you can hardly feel the 50 shot anyways. but then again first time and being scared, maybe just go with 35 shot and bring jets along for a 50 shot after some runs.

sure i've dont it plenty of times..but even i dont test on the street anymore..about the 35 shot..i dont know rally know about that..i think id run the 50..the kits made for our cars have a certain rance of what you're "supposed" to run..on a dry kit the MAF sensor has to pick up the nitrous flow..i think on our cars its supposed to realy be 75 - 100 ..if thats not enough for the MAF to pick up..you're gonna be running juice and no extra fuel..a smaller shot is good..but i dont know if id go that small unless it was with boost..i could be completely wrong about this..but i just have a funny feeling about a shot that small..hopefully James or Jerikko or smoe of the other guys will have something to say about this too 12 SECOND DUAL STAGE DRY NITROUS POWERED 98 A4 V6 CAMARO
www.MySickCamaro.50megs.com
Best ET: 12.82@103
Best MPH: 104.7
Best 60\': 1.75 - Stock TC

quote:
Originally posted by Shodown:
1DV6 runs 12\'s...enough said.

cool..i just wanted to be sure cuz i know they give a range..personally i'd just start with a 75 shot..not too big..but at least you'll feel it 12 SECOND DUAL STAGE DRY NITROUS POWERED 98 A4 V6 CAMARO
www.MySickCamaro.50megs.com
Best ET: 12.82@103
Best MPH: 104.7
Best 60\': 1.75 - Stock TC

quote:
Originally posted by Shodown:
1DV6 runs 12\'s...enough said.
